2.3 i-SENS has implemented technical means including intrusion detection, access control, encryption, data leakage prevention, spam prevention, terminal security protection and vulnerability scanning, and verifies the effectiveness of personal data protection measures through penetration tests.

2.4 i-SENS has established a personal data breach emergency response mechanism. In case of personal data leakage, i-SENS will immediately start its emergency response process in an effort to minimize the possible loss resulted from personal data leakage and to ensure that the affected individuals are duly notified.

2.5 i-SENS has set up an ongoing employ training mechanism on privacy policy, so as to ensure that every employee involved in data evaluation can have an accurate understanding of the legal principles of data protection in accordance with their specific job duties and strictly carry out the applicable rules and processes of the company.

2.6. In order to guarantee compliance, i-SENS has implemented necessary personal data protection technical and process audit.

2.7 i-SENS has a well-established privacy policy for minors. Unless otherwise required by laws, regulations and compulsory provisions or by law enforcement agencies and relevant departments, we will not take the initiative for specific collection of personal information from minors.
